Frosina B. is a strategic financial and commercial leader with over a decade of international experience across shipping, FMCG/healthcare, e-commerce, and professional services. She currently drives financial planning, business development, and operational efficiency at San Nikolla Group. Previously, she founded and scaled a London-based startup, leading platform development, commercial strategy, global partnerships, and international teams. She also held senior brand and commercial roles at Bayer across the UK, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy, managing multimillion-euro portfolios and leading major product launches and digital transformation initiatives. Her career includes financial advisory at San Nikolla Group, an MBA internship with the World Bank Group, and early experience at Ernst & Young and Vodafone. She holds an MBA from Bocconi University, where she focused on international management and financial strategy. Frosina brings strong expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, business development, brand building, and e-commerce growth, and is experienced in leading global teams across diverse markets. She is multilingual in English, Greek, Albanian, Italian, and Spanish.
